I am a certified LLC (Limited Liability Corporation) and I have gained reviews from other customers, if you need more reassurance I can forward you any information you desire to ease the tension. Upon booking, you will receive all confirmation numbers, flight information, times, dates, etc. This will also be visible within your client portal.

Upon receiving a trip proposal, you will receive an email to create a client portal. Once the trip proposal is approved; you will securely upload your credit card information into the portal, sign an authorization form, and viola! Your trip will be paid for either in payments, or in full. 

Have you ever had questions about why your flight has been rescheduled? How come you were bumped from a flight? Why can't you upgrade your class or seat? Is it possible to do early check-in?  
Nervous about calling and speaking to someone who may not have English as their first language?
Do you want to know if you need a passport or a visa for certain areas?
And to top it off, GREAT DEALS FOR TRAVELING?

My services rendered fee is a flat rate of $450.00 for couples.

Here is group pricing:

3+: $500.00

5+: $650.00

10+: $850.00

25+: $1050.00

For planning purposes, I require an 8 week notice prior to the start date of your vacation. If your vacation is within this 8 week period; there will be a rush fee added. Here is the pricing:

$300.00 for couples 

$350.00 for 3+

$400.00 for 5+

$500.00 for 10+  

$900.00 for 25+

The group will identify one main contact, once that is decided; I will gladly discuss and answer any questions from that individual. 

The deposit goes directly to the vendors and is deducted from your final balance, the services rendered fee is payment that goes directly to me for the research conducted.

No, I do not. The vendors will receive the money for the trip, flights, and excursions.  After you activate your client portal, you will be able to upload your credit card information and sign a release form for the amount owed. Once that is completed, I will give you a call to finalize the payment.

All refunds will be handled from the vendors, typically it can take up to 60 days to receive a refund. It will be forwarded to the payment method on file, all payments must be distributed from the primary account holder.
